Overview
According to "GBT 8905-1996 Guidelines for Gas Management and Testing in Sulfur Hexafluoride Electrical Equipment", "DLT 662-2009 Technical Conditions for Sulfur Hexafluoride Gas Recovery Units" and "DLT 1054-2007 Technical Supervision Regulations for Insulation of High Voltage Electrical Equipment" , SF6 inflatable recovery device (Winfoss-R1Gas) is a large-capacity, full-function, SF6 inflatable recovery vehicle designed by WINFOSS for China's power industry and switch manufacturing enterprises. It can complete all the functions of gas filling, recovery, vacuuming, gas transfer, etc. for various SF6 switch stations (including column switches, GIS combined appliances, switch cabinets and other electrical equipment with SF6 medium), including gas drying. and filter purification. The whole recycling vehicle includes: high-speed compressor imported from the United States, double-stage direct-connected high-speed vacuum pump, digital vacuum gauge, electromagnetic vacuum device, driving device, American molecular regeneration filter dryer and electrical control components.

The gas pipelines of the SF6 inflatable recovery device (Winfoss-R1Gas) are all connected by copper pipelines, which have a longer service life and ensure reliable connection and excellent sealing performance between pipelines and joints.

Function introduction
- Recovery: After starting the electrical control components such as high-precision vacuum pump and electromagnetic vacuum device, the SF6 gas in the equipment is extracted. Divided into gaseous recovery and liquid recovery.
- Purification: A complete set of purification equipment is built in, and the recovered SF6 gas is purified by drying, filtration and separation for many times.
- Vacuuming: The residual gas in the SF6 switch body is passed through the electromagnetic vacuum device and the driving device, etc., to start the pressure return difference, so that the SF6 switch body can reach the vacuum state required by the standard.
- Inflation: By starting the compressor and driving device in the device, a certain amount of SF6 gas is added to the electrical equipment, and the inflatable capacity is set according to the equipment regulations.
- Transfer: The equipment can store the gas in the gas storage tank for a long time, and can transfer the SF6 gas to the steel cylinder according to the actual application.
