Jiangxi Electric Power Company 220 kV Shangli (Guanxia) Transmission and Substation, located in Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, near Yangqi Mountain Scenic Spot, is a key project in Jiangxi Province in 2011 for the peak summer of electric power, with a total investment of about 125 million yuan . Guanxia Substation is the first 220kV substation in Shangli County and the fifth 220kV substation in Pingxiang area. The main transformer capacity is 150,000 kVA, and it adopts the access scheme of building two circuits of 220 kV lines from Anyuan 500 kV substation. The total length of the line is 13.9 kilometers. The electricity consumption of Qingxi, Shangli and Yinshantai Cement Plant, Zhengda Cement Plant and animation industry base will be connected through 110kV level.
