Hunan Electric Power Company Duanjiaao 110kV Substation is located in Longfu Village, Sanhe Town, Yanling. The substation is a main power grid construction project by Zhuzhou Electric Power Bureau, which is in charge of construction management, designed by Huachen Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd., and constructed by thermal power construction company. The construction scale is a new 5MVA main transformer, 2 110kV incoming lines, 3 35kV outgoing lines, 12 10kV outgoing lines, and station-side communication automation project. The total investment of the project is 25.72 million yuan.

The completion and operation of the station will not only greatly reduce the overload pressure of the 110kV main transformer in the deep pit, but also greatly alleviate the prominent contradictions of the rapid economic development and insufficient power supply capacity in the northwestern part of Yanling. At the same time, it is of great significance to strengthen the structure of Yanling's main power grid and improve the quality and reliability of power supply. 

The GIS room of the power station adopts the Wefoss SF6 leakage monitoring system (Winfoss-S1), which is a comprehensive solution for monitoring on-site SF6 concentration, oxygen content, temperature and humidity and other aspects. It provides both real-time alarm function and data storage query function. The system's simple operation panel and liquid crystal dynamic display make it easy for users to master all the operations and use of the system. The gas concentration state at the GIS equipment is monitored in a real-time dynamic manner. The organic combination of the whole system allows the user to have very few maintenance steps and costs.
