1. Operation Instructions

WINFOSS-A21-3I series SF6 disassembly-free meter calibration valve is a combined valve with multiple functions. After being installed on the switch body, the air passage with the body can be connected and disconnected by operating the handle on the valve body. The following functions can be realized: operate.

1 When the equipment is running normally, make sure that the status arrow set on the handle on the valve body indicates the "ON/ON" position. At this time, the SF6 density relay is connected to the gas circuit of the equipment, and the pressure change in the gas chamber is monitored in real time;

2. The status arrow set on the handle indicates the "ON/ON" position, which can be used to supplement the equipment, take gas during the test of micro-water and purity, and directly connect the test equipment joint with the self-sealing valve joint reserved for the three-way valve. operational;

3 When the SF6 density relay is not disassembled for direct calibration, the arrow of the state of the rotary handle indicates the "OFF/OFF" position. At this time, the air circuit of the body is cut off. Connect the connector of the tester to the calibration port on the three-way valve. The calibration operation can be carried out. After the operation is completed, rotate the handle to the "ON/ON" state, and then tighten the metal protective cap of the air supply/calibration port.
