Overview
SF6 Density Relay Calibrator (Winfoss-A22) is an intelligent and fully automatic SF6 emission-free environment-friendly built-in airbag density relay calibration instrument. The instrument adopts single-cycle instruction microcomputer technology, and its running speed is 10 times that of ordinary single-chip microcomputer. It can perform on-site verification of SF6 density relays with pointer contact output and intelligent current output, and use interrupt mode to capture the action of density relays in real time. Therefore, the instrument measurement is more accurate and timely. This instrument is a portable calibration instrument that can standardize the pressure of SF6 gas at any ambient temperature. It can also calibrate SF6 density gauges and pressure gauges.
In a closed container, the pressure of SF6 gas at a certain temperature can represent the density of SF6 gas. It is customary to take the SF6 gas pressure at 20°C as the standard value. During on-site verification, under different ambient temperatures, the measured pressure value should be converted into its corresponding pressure value at 20°C to judge the performance of the SF6 density relay.

Features

Calibration principle
The pressure of the gas enclosed in the container changes with the change of temperature. In order to have a unified standard for comparison, we usually take the relative pressure value of 20 °C as the standard value. When the density table is calibrated, it is converted into the equivalent pressure value at 20 ℃ according to the corresponding relationship between pressure and temperature, and then compared.
Blocking recovery value verification:
- When the pointer of the SF6 density relay is zero, inflate the relay slowly and uniformly. When the SF6 density relay issues a latching action, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time, and convert it into the equivalent pressure value at 20°C. This equivalent The pressure value is the latching recovery value of the SF6 density relay.
Alarm response value verification:
- Inflate the SF6 density relay slowly and uniformly. When the SF6 density relay issues an alarm action, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time, and convert it into an equivalent pressure value at 20°C. This equivalent pressure value is the value of the SF6 density relay. Alarm reply value.
Overpressure recovery value verification:
- Inflate the SF6 density relay slowly and uniformly. When the SF6 density relay sends an overpressure signal, it starts to slowly and uniformly deflate the SF6 density relay. When the relay overpressure alarm signal is issued, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time, and convert The equivalent pressure value at 20 ℃, this equivalent pressure value is the overpressure recovery value of the SF6 density relay.
Alarm value verification:
- At ambient temperature, when the pressure value in the SF6 density relay is higher than the alarm response value, it starts to deflate slowly at a constant speed. When the SF6 density relay sends out an alarm signal, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time, and convert it to 20°C, etc. Effective pressure value, this equivalent pressure value is the alarm value of SF6 density relay.
Blocking value check:
- Deflate the SF6 density relay slowly and uniformly. When the SF6 density relay sends a blocking signal, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time and convert it into an equivalent pressure value at 20°C. Overpressure value check:
- Inflate the SF6 density relay slowly and uniformly.
