Overview

working principle

Under a certain pressure of SF6 gas, when the temperature is slightly lower than the dew point (the saturation temperature of water vapor in the gas), the water vapor in the gas condenses into dew, which makes the light irradiated on the mirror surface diffusely reflected, and the photosensitive device generates electrical signal changes. The detection circuit sends the electrical signal change and temperature data to the control system for analysis, and calculates and displays the dew point temperature value of the gas to be measured through an intelligent algorithm (*The dew point below 0°C is called the frost point). After measuring the dew point temperature, the dew point meter automatically heats the mirror surface until the dew is eliminated, and then automatically cools down again and repeats the above process cycle measurement.
