Equipment introduction

The device consists of the following components:

• Electrical control: Power sockets installed in the control cabinet generate power. (The correct phase is monitored by the steering sensor controller). All indicator lights and buttons are marked and installed in the control cabinet door. The running time is indicated by the working time counter. The operating panel inside the control cabinet door has two functions. 1. Displays the gas flow for the preselected automatic function. 2. Manually open the valve via the illuminated pushbutton display.
• Manual operation: Turn the "Functions" switch to "0: Manual operation" for manual operation. All valves are preselected individually (LEDs flashing) via the built-in illuminated pushbuttons. If a wrong valve is selected, all selected valves can be restarted via "Reset Valves" (LEDs off). The preselection valve can be opened via the "Open valve" button (LEDs light up). The solenoid valve can be opened upwards from the evaporator only when the evaporator reaches operating temperature (only for liquid storage). The solenoid valve can only be opened from the vacuum pump when no overpressure exists while the vacuum pump is evacuating. Note: When using the "0: Manual operation" function, the operation is reliable for its own correct gas handling.
• True suffocation pump: The vacuum pump and vacuum measuring device have been protected against overpressure. Therefore, damage to the instrument due to overvoltage can be avoided. The solenoid valve can only be opened from the vacuum pump when there is no overpressure while the vacuum pump is evacuating. If this solenoid valve is preselected with other solenoid valves, they cannot be opened either. Reduction of SF6 gas overpressure in compressors and vacuum compressors has been described in the description of the "Gas Recovery" function. Release air and nitrogen through the vent valve. The vacuum pump is only vented to atmosphere.
• Compressor: The compressor is a dry compressor and operates without oil, which produces different outputs and different final pressures. The air tightness of the compressor piping should be absolutely intact. But the maintenance of the compressor will be easier to implement. Overpressure operation can be controlled by a pressure reducer and a contact meter.
• Vacuum Compressor: Dry-running vacuum compressors are protected during operation by regulators, solenoid valves and check valves. When the gas is recovered, the vacuum compressor is in the state of automatic switch.
• Filter drier, particle filter: SF6 gas is purified by the particle filter in the device and dried through the filter drier. The SF6 gas passes through these filters in every gas treatment process.
• Maintenance of storage containers -: SF6 is stored in gaseous form and can also be stored in liquid form under corresponding high pressure conditions. How to distinguish the storage state in the pressure tank: gaseous at 25bar (360psi), liquid at 50bar (725psi) (Note! Pressure vessels cannot be used for the transportation of SF6 gas). It should be stored in a transport bottle for transport. SF6 for liquid storage can be viewed from the weight indicator.
