The so-called internal faults of high-voltage electrical equipment mainly refer to various faults caused by the failure of the electrical circuit enclosed in the solid insulation and the inside of the equipment shell and the deterioration of the insulating medium. Since this type of fault occurs inside the electrical equipment, the reflected temperature rise on the outside of the equipment is very small, usually only a few K.
