Wireless remote SF6 gas density relay
Wireless remote SF6 gas density relay (WINFOSS-D6XR) is mainly used to monitor the density of SF6 gas in sealed containers. It is mostly used in high-voltage electrical equipment with SF6 gas as the insulating medium, and is suitable for outdoor working environments. The density relay has two or three groups of contacts (defined according to different needs), which can send out alarm and lock control signals, and have indication display. SF6 gas density relay can be filled with silicone oil to improve shock and shock resistance. With the development of unattended substations in the direction of networking and digitization and the requirements for telemetry and remote signaling, it is of great practical significance to realize online monitoring of SF6 gas density in substations with Internet of Things technology.
The SF6 gas density relay with wireless remote transmission function sends the collected data monitoring data to the on-site monitoring unit through wired 4-20mA or RS485; the on-site monitoring unit uploads the collected SF6 density meter data to the main control unit through the wireless LORA network. The main control unit stores, displays and processes the received data; when the high-voltage electrical equipment leaks SF6 gas, the data processing server can immediately indicate the pressure or density changes caused by the leak, and give an early warning signal to prompt maintenance personnel to perform system maintenance. The historical measurement data of SF6 density stored on the main control unit can be queried by the staff and the remote management system.
During normal operation, the system can monitor and record the status of the GIS online at any time, and use the diagnostic system to analyze and judge the running status of the equipment. When the GIS is abnormal, the system quickly collects and processes the fault data, and at the same time completes the functions of online calculation, storage, statistics, alarm, analysis report and data remote transmission.

C. The on-site monitoring unit adopts RS485 bus communication, collects the data of each SF6 meter, and uploads the monitoring data to the monitoring center in real time through the LORA wireless network.
D. The system can be configured with IED devices to convert the collected digital information into IEC61850 protocols and upload them.
E. The system can sample and store data according to the set time frequency (it can be stored for more than 10 years).
F. The system automatically draws the trend graph of SF6 gas density.

Station control platform
Using the RS485-Modbus communication protocol, each monitoring terminal with the same monitoring function assigns a unique identification code to each device through a self-defined communication protocol, transmits the RS485 signal to the protocol converter, sets up an independent system server, and passes The IEC61850 protocol converter is transmitted to the station control layer via the Ethernet.
