The SF6 gas density relay of the wireless remote transmission SF6 gas density relay (WINFOSS-D6XR) sends the collected data monitoring data to the on-site monitoring unit through wired 4-20mA or RS485; the on-site monitoring unit uses the wireless LORA network to transfer the collected SF6 density meter The data is uploaded to the main control unit. The main control unit stores, displays and processes the received data; when the high-voltage electrical equipment leaks SF6 gas, the data processing server can immediately indicate the pressure or density changes caused by the leak, and give an early warning signal to prompt maintenance personnel to perform system maintenance. The historical measurement data of SF6 density stored on the main control unit can be queried by the staff and the remote management system.

During normal operation, the system can monitor and record the status of the GIS online at any time, and use the diagnostic system to analyze and judge the running status of the equipment. When the GIS is abnormal, the system quickly collects and processes the fault data, and at the same time completes the functions of online calculation, storage, statistics, alarm, analysis report and data remote transmission.

Station control platform

The wireless remote transmission SF6 gas density relay (WINFOSS-D6XR) adopts the RS485-Modbus communication protocol. Each monitoring terminal with the same monitoring function assigns an independent identification code to each device through the self-defined communication protocol, and transmits it to the equipment through the RS485 signal. Protocol converter, set up an independent system server, and transmit it to the station control layer through the IEC61850 protocol converter via Ethernet.

(1) Communication software: It mainly interacts with the on-site acquisition unit, uploads the data collected by the on-site acquisition unit to the system in real time, and saves it to the data at the same time;

(2) Management software: realize the data display, query, alarm, log, printing and other functions of the collected SF6 instrument. The whole software has complete functions, the expansion of software function modules is standardized, and the system has good function expansibility and scale scalability; the user interface is friendly and vivid, and the operation is convenient.
